Rhodonite
Rhodonite is a rare, exotic, manganese silicate mineral that's known for its pink and black manganese oxide veins. Rhodonite gets its name from the Greek word rhodon, which means “rose.” This rosy pink stone was first discovered in the Ural Mountains of Russia in the 1790s, and can be found in many parts of the world, including Australia, Sweden, and the United States.
The healing properties of Rhodonite helps to calm emotions of jealousy and resentment, promoting balance and grounding. Known as the rescue stone, Rhodonite is one of the most powerful heart chakra stones, encouraging feelings of forgiveness and compassion.
