Due to the natural elements within our formulas, the environmental impact. and following strict sanitation standards, we cannot accept returns.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer U.S. domestic and worldwide shipping. All domestic & International orders will be processed through USPS or UPS within 2-5 business days.  Please allow 2-5 days for order processing + the shipping time to your address from Southern California.  

Email us (info@rowsievain.com) if you need expedited domestic or international shipping, we can quote you the best shipping cost based on your order.

Orders shipped to international customers are subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees determined by the country that the package is being shipped. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item shows as delivered, please contact your local Post Office or UPS office to locate your package or file a missing package report.  We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, items lost, damaged or stolen during or after shipping.
